Permit expediting services are typically based on project scope, jurisdiction, complexity, and anticipated level of coordination.
Project may be billed as:
Flat-fee services for clearly defined scopes
Hourly services for ongoing or variable coordination
Milestone-based fees for multi-phase permits
Fees are discussed upfront, and proposals are tailored to the specific needs of each project.
Important Clarification
Permit expediting services do not include plan preparation, engineering, or architectural design. All agency fees are paid directly to the Authority having jurisdiction, and are not covered within the scope of services.
